Cause
There aren't two encoders available
C1801 Start requires drive enable
Cause
Drive enable not set at start of command

The P-0-0240, C1700 Command measuring wheel mode cannot be
executed.
Remedy
Connect measuring wheel encoder

In order to make sure that the drive is in control when the command
P-0-0162, C1800 Command Automatic control loop adjust is started,
this is queried at the start of the command.
Remedy
Set drive enable and restart command P-0-0162, C1800
