When an encoder error has occurred with the safety function active, the
drive goes to "safety related standstill" and switches the motor control off
via two channels. The unlocking of the safety door, however, in this case
is blocked. After previous visual check of the situation at the axis the
safety door can be manually unlocked by the command C3700 (P-0-3218,
Manually unlocking the safety door).
The command can be executed in the operating mode and is effective in
a selected safety function.
