C1217 Setting only possible in 'Ab'
Cause
The drive was not ready at the start of the command,
the display did not read "Ab"

Supported by Firmware Variant:
During the execution of the command for commutation offset
determination (C1200) an error was detected.
Remedy
1. Switch drive to communication phase 4, if there isn't
any error present the display reads "bb"
("betriebsbereit" = ready for operation)
2. Switch power on, drive goes to operating mode, the
display reads "Ab" ("Antrieb bereit" = drive ready)
3. Now start command C1200
