Command Diagnostic Messages
C0248 Dig. input assigned differently to axes
Cause
In the case of a double-axis device (HMD01.1), a
digital input was parameterized by both axes with
different IDN (P-0-0300, Digital I/Os, assignment
list) or bit number (P-0-0301, Digital I/Os, bit
numbers)
C0249 Dig. I/Os: bit number too large
Cause
Bit number (P-0-0301, Digital I/Os, bit numbers) for
an assigned IDN (P-0-0300, Digital I/Os,
assignment list) is not available (e.g. bit number 25
but IDN only 2 bytes long)

Supported by Firmware Variant:
During
the
transition
communication phase 4 (C0200) the configuration of the available digital
inputs is checked with regard to inconsistent double assignment.
Remedy
Check parameterization of P-0-0300, Digital I/Os,
assignment list or P-0-0301, Digital I/Os, bit numbers
in both axes of double-axis device and change it in at
least one axis

Remedy
Check parameterization of P-0-0300, Digital I/Os,
assignment list and P-0-0301, Digital I/Os, bit
numbers and adjust P-0-0301, Digital I/Os, bit
numbers to data format of corresponding IDN
