F3152 Incorrect backup of safety technology data
Cause
When switching to parameter mode – and therefore
when deactivating safety technology functions - error
occurred in channel 2 (e.g. output stage cannot be
switched on/off via channel 2)

Remedy
Start command S-0-0099, C0500 Reset class 1
diagnostics in order to clear error an then set drive
enable again.
If necessary, reset module by switching control voltage
on and off
