F8838 Overcurrent external braking resistor

Cause
Resistance value of connected braking resistor is too
low
Short circuit at braking resistor connection

Supported by Firmware Variant:
The error F8838 is generated when the current in the braking resistor
circuit is rising in an inadmissible way.
Remedy
Connect braking resistor unit with higher resistance
value (take specification into account!)
Remove short circuit
