5.6 The Icons on the LCD
Icons
• Talk Around Icon
Appears when the Talk Around is enabled.
• Scrambler/ Encryption Icon
Appears when the Scramble/ Encryption is enabled.
• RSSI Icon
Indicates the signal strength level.
• Battery Status Icon (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411 only)
Indicates the battery power level.
• Auto Recording Icon
Appears when the Auto Recording is activated.
• Auto Reply Message Icon
Appears when the Auto Reply Message is enabled. This icon appears in the same position as the Auto Recording
icon.
• AUX Icon (Portable)
Appears when the AUX port is active.
• AUX A Icon (Mobile)
Appears when the AUX A port is active.
• AUX B Icon (Mobile only)
Appears when the AUX B port is active.
• High Transmit Power Icon (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411 only)
Appears when the channel or the GID configured to high power transmission is selected.
• Low Transmit Power Icon (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411 only)
Appears when the channel or the GID configured to low power transmission is selected. This icon appears in the
same position as the High Transmit Power icon.
• VOX Icon (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411 only)
Appears when the VOX is activated.
• Telephone ID Icon
There are 2 states as follows:
Lighted: Indicates the state of the Telephone ID.
Blinking: Indicates the state of the Auto Telephone Search.
Appears in the same position as the Operator Selectable Tone icon.
• Vibrator Icon (NX-200/ NX-210/ NX-300/ NX-410/ NX-411 only)
Appears when the Vibrator is enabled. The Vibrator icon blinks when the Vibrator is disabled.
This icon appears in the same position as the VOX icon.
• Site Lock Icon
Appears when the Site Lock is enabled.
This icon appears in the same position as the Talk Around icon.
• Lone Worker Icon
Appears when the transceiver is in Lone Worker Mode.
This icon appears in the same position as the AUX Icon (Portable) or the AUX A Icon (Mobile).
Note
No LCD is equipped with NX-200S/ NX-300S.
