3.3 Mounting the Customer
Attachment
To achieve the greatest possible

positioning accuracy, align the nut
enclosure parallel to the direction of
motion of the customer attachment.
Screw down the pillow blocks before
fastening the customer attachment.
•
Use one of the two machined refer-
ence edges on the nut enclosure for
alignment.
•
Screw the customer attachment down
on the nut enclosure with 4 screws.
Can be fastened from above or below.
See 3.3.1 for mounting hole pattern.

Aligner le chariot d'entraînement

parallèlement au sens de déplacement
de la structure client pour obtenir une
précision de positionnement aussi
grande que possible. Fixer les boîtiers
à paliers avant de fixer la structure
client.
•
utiliser un des deux bords de
référence usinés sur le chariot
d'entraînement pour l'alignement.
•
Fixer la structure client sur le chariot à
l'aide de 4 vis. La fixation est possible
par le bas ou par le haut.

3.3 Fissare il gruppo del cliente
Allineare l'alloggiamento della

chiocciola parallelamente al senso di
spostamento del gruppo del cliente
per ottenere una precisione quanto
maggiore possibile. Fissare i supporti
diritti prima di procedere al fissaggio
del gruppo del cliente.
•
Utilizzare per l'allineamento una
delle superfici di riferimento elaborate
sull'alloggiamento della chiocciola.
•
Fissare il gruppo del cliente con 4 viti
sulla slitta di azionamento. È possibile
il fissaggio dall'alto oppure dal basso.
