    POWER COMMANDER V INPUT ACCESSORY GUIDE ACCESSORY INPUTS Map - The PCV has the ability to hold 2 different base maps. You can switch on the fly between these two base maps when you hook up a switch to the MAP inputs. You can use USB CONNECTION any open/close type switch. The polarity of the wires is not important. When using the Autotune kit one position will hold a base map and the other position will let you activate the learning mode. When the switch is “CLOSED” Autotune will be activated. These inputs are for use with the Dynojet Shifter- quickshifter. Insert the wires from the Dynojet quickshifter into the SHIFTER inputs. The CRANK polarity of the wires is not important. ANALOG Speed- If your application has a speed sensor then SPEED you can tap into the signal side of the sensor EXPANSION PORTS 1 & 2 SHIFTER and run a wire into this input. This will allow...
  • Page 3 FIG.A Remove the seat. Remove both BLACK side panels. Remove or prop the fuel tank up. Lay the PCV in the tail section and route the PCV harness towards the front of the bike (Fig. A). FIG.B Route the PCV harness down the left hand side of the bike. Route the PCV harness underneath the frame crossover bracket (Fig. B). Make sure the harness is routed so as to not be damaged by the fuel tank. Attach the ground wire from the PCV to the negative side of the battery (Fig. B).   • Page 4 FIG.D Unplug Unplug the stock wiring harness for cylinders #2 and #3 (Fig. D). Unplug Plug the connectors from the PCV inline of the stock injectors and wiring FIG.E harness (Fig. E). This picture only shows cylinder #1. Repeat steps 8-9 for all 4 injectors.   • Page 5 FIG.G 11 Plug the connectors from the PCV inline of the TPS and stock wiring harness (Fig. G). FIG.H 12 Locate the stock O2 sensor wiring harness connection to the main wiring harness (Fig. H). Unplug This connection is underneath the fuel tank on the right hand side of the air box FIG.J 13 Plug the Dynojet O2 optimizer into the main wiring harness. The stock O2 sensor can be left disconnected or removed from the exhaust if you have a way to cap the exhaust. 14 Secure the PCV to the tail section using the supplied velcro.
