    POWER COMMANDER V INPUT ACCESSORY GUIDE ACCESSORY INPUTS Map - The PCV has the ability to hold 2 different base maps. You can switch on the fly between these two base maps when you hook up a switch to the MAP inputs. You can use USB CONNECTION any open/close type switch. The polarity of the wires is not important. When using the Autotune kit one position will hold a base map and the other position will let you activate the learning mode. When the switch is “CLOSED” Autotune will be activated. These inputs are for use with the Dynojet Shifter- quickshifter. Insert the wires from the Dynojet quickshifter into the SHIFTER inputs. The CRANK polarity of the wires is not important. ANALOG Speed- If your application has a speed sensor then SPEED you can tap into the signal side of the sensor EXPANSION PORTS 1 & 2 SHIFTER and run a wire into this input. This will allow...
  • Page 3 FIG.A Remove the side panels from each side of the ATV. Prop the front rack open. Remove both access covers shown in Fig. A. FIG.B Install the PCV to the side of the ECU (Fig. B). Use the supplied velcro to mount the PCV. Make sure to use the supplied alcohol swab to clean both surfaces. FIG.C Locate the stock Throttle Position Connector on the right hand side of the throttle bodies. This is a white 3 pin connector (Fig. C).   • Page 4 FIG.D Route the white connectors from the PCV down the right hand side of the ATV and plug them in-line of the stock TPS connector (Fig. D). Use one of the supplied zip ties to hold the PCV harness to the frame. FIG.E Locate the stock #2 injector harness on the right hand side of the ATV. This connector is located in the right wheel well of the ATV. This may be located by following the wiring harness back from the injector until you find the connector shown in Fig. E. 10 Unplug this connector.
  • Page 5 FIG.G 12 On the left hand side of the ATV remove the two bolts that hold the ignition coil bracket to the frame (Fig. G). To access the bolt on the left you will need to pull the spark plug wires from the coils. Removing the coil bracket will allow you access to the #1 injector harness. FIG.H 13 Locate the stock #1 injector harness on the left hand side of the ATV. This may be located by following the wiring harness back from the injector until you find the connector shown in Fig.
  • Page 6 FIG.K 17 Attach the ground wire of the PCV to the frame bolt shown in Fig. K. This bolt in located under the access panel in the front storage compartment. It is recommended to scuff the paint of the frame where the wire contacts the frame. Make sure to install the bolt through the plastic bracket first, then the PCV ground wire.
