Check external terminal status,
check respective reason to fault
Ensure the right external signals
have been connected correctly to
the right multi-function external
terminals which are assigned for
external fault input
([E0.01]~[E0.05]=19,20)
Check device communication
connection
Set proper baud rate
● Remove the EMC problem
If it fails again, replace the fre‐
quency converter
● Provide a better cooling condi‐
tion
● Check the load
Replace the motor
Different motor with different max‐
imum temperature, configure the
external division circuit and
choose protection level [S2.22]
Check the wiring of control circuit,
main circuit and ground to find out
the source of interference
