POWER COMMANDER V INPUT ACCESSORY GUIDE ACCESSORY INPUTS Map - (Input 1 or 2) The PCV has the ability to hold 2 different base maps. You can switch on the fly between these two base maps when you hook up a switch to the MAP inputs. You can USB CONNECTION use any open/close type switch. The polarity of the wires is not important. When using the Autotune kit one position will hold a base map and the other position will let you activate the learning mode. When the switch is “CLOSED” Autotune will be activated. (Set to Switch Input #1 by default.) Shifter- (Input 1 or 2) These inputs are for use with the Dynojet quickshifter. Insert the wires from the CRANK Dynojet quickshifter into the SHIFTER inputs. ANALOG The polarity of the wires is not important. (Set to Switch Input #2 by default.) SPEED EXPANSION PORTS 1 & 2 INPUT 2 (Grnd)

FIG.A Remove the seat. Remove the front covers (Fig. A). Remove this cover FIG.B Remove Remove the right, top, and left side covers around the engine (Fig. B). Remove the cargo box. FIG.C Remove the intake tube for the CVT clutch on the right hand side of the quad (Fig. C). Remove This allows access to the Crank Position Sensor connectors. Place the PCV in the battery area temporarily. FIG.D Unplug the stock wiring harness from the Fuel Injector (Fig. D). The Fuel Injector is directly on top of the throttle body. FIG.E Plug the pair of PCV connectors with ORANGE colored wires in-line of the stock wiring harness and the Fuel Injector (Fig. E). FIG.F 10 Locate and unplug the stock wiring harness from the Throttle Position Sensor (Fig. F). FIG.G 11 Plug the pair of 3-pin connectors of the PCV in-line of the Throttle Position Sensor and the stock wiring harness (Fig. G). FIG.H 12 Locate and unplug the stock connectors from the Crank Position Sensor (Fig. H). This is a pair of WHITE 2-pin connectors on the right side of the engine, just Unplug above the CVT clutch belt housing. FIG.K Unplug 14 Locate the Ignition Coil on the right side of the quad forward of the engine and unplug the 2 stock coil wires (Fig. K). The coil has 1 RED/BLACK wire and 1 ORANGE wire. FIG.L 15 Plug the GREEN and WHITE/GREEN wires of the PCV wiring harness in-line of the coil and the stock ORANGE wire. 16 Plug the RED/WHITE wires of the PCV wiring harness in-line of the coil and the stock RED/BLACK wire (Fig. L). FIG.M 17 Attach the ground wire from the PCV to the negative side of the battery. 18 Install the included port covers onto your PCV. 19 Secure the PCV near the battery using the supplied Velcro (Fig. M). Make sure to use the alcohol swab to clean both surfaces before attaching.
