  • Page 2 POWER COMMANDER V INPUT ACCESSORY GUIDE ACCESSORY INPUTS Map - (Input 1 or 2) The PCV has the ability to hold 2 different base maps. You can switch on the fly between these two base maps when you hook up a switch to the MAP inputs. You can USB CONNECTION use any open/close type switch. The polarity of the wires is not important. When using the Autotune kit one position will hold a base map and the other position will let you activate the learning mode. When the switch is “CLOSED” Autotune will be activated. (Set to Switch Input #1 by default.) Shifter- (Input 1 or 2) These inputs are for use with the Dynojet quickshifter. Insert the wires from the CRANK Dynojet quickshifter into the SHIFTER inputs. ANALOG The polarity of the wires is not important. (Set to Switch Input #2 by default.) SPEED EXPANSION PORTS 1 & 2 INPUT 2 (Grnd)
  • Page 3 FIG.A Remove the seat, fuel tank, and front number plate. Secure the PCV to the back side of the number plate using the supplied Dual Lock strips (Fig. A). Make sure to clean both surfaces with the alcohol swab before attaching the Dual Lock. Route the wiring harness from the PCV between the frame and fork tube on the right hand side of the bike. FIG.B Continue to route the PCV harness down the right side of the bike. Route the harness to the inside of the frame and go towards the throttle body (Fig. B). Ground wire FIG.C Unplug the stock wiring harness from the injector. Unplug the stock Throttle Position Sensor connector (Fig. C).   • Page 4 FIG.D Plug the PCV wiring harness in-line of the stock wiring harness and injector (Fig. D). FIG.E Plug the PCV wiring harness in-line of the stock TPS connectors (Fig. E). FIG.F Use one of the mounting bolts for the ignition coil to attach the ground wire for Ground wire the PCV (Fig. F).
