When the destination for pulse output on a FX
output, the setting range is 10 to 100,000 Hz.
If an FX
PLC is used, and if the pulse output destination is a high-speed output special adapter, the

setting range will be 10 to 200,000 Hz.
Set the creep speed so that the relation with the other speeds is "bias speed  creep speed 
maximum speed."
The set interrupt input cannot be simultaneously used for a high-speed counter, input interruption,
pulse catch input, input for the SPD (FNC 67) instruction, or for other interrupt inputs of the DVIT
(FNC151) instruction.
Y003 is available only when two high-speed output special adapters are connected to the FX
