Shorten the exposure time
Prolong the exposure time

If the problem persists contact your GE representative.
Clean the tray, white insert or the window covering the
light source.
Change to the correct sample tray
Select the correct light source
Place the sample correctly on the sample tray and place
the tray in the correct tray position
Then...
Close the door to the instrument and expose the image
again
Avoid direct sunlight
