Description
A person who has sufficient knowledge to assess and manages the risk of laser damage and
who is responsible for managing and overseeing the laser hazard. The requirements required
for the Laser Safety Manager are as follows. (They are described in the Laser Safety Guide.)
A person who designs a system that incorporates this product. This person is required to be
fully familiar with the knowledge and precautions related to system design and laser safety.
The person needs to be fully familiar with the knowledge and precautions related to laser and
machine safety and to take necessary protective measures.
A person who has the authority to operate and manage the system that incorporates this
product. It refers to a person who is fully familiar with operations, troubleshooting and
maintenance procedures of laser and machines. This person is required to be fully familiar
with the knowledge and precautions related to the safety of laser and machines and to
implement protective measures for the operations by the user.
