7.1 Voltage supply and current consumption

The following values apply to the operating voltage acc. to DIN EN 61131-2:
Nominal voltage at U
LS
Maximum voltage range of the supply voltage al-
lowed U
LS
Current consumption of the control incl. the con-
nected S20 I/O modules from U
age
Current consumption of the control without the
connected S20 I/O modules from U
voltage
Power consumption of the control incl. the con-
nected S20 I/O modules from U
age
Power consumption of the control without the con-
nected S20 I/O modules from U
age
Reverse voltage protection of the supply voltage
Fuse protection
Transient protection
Pulse load up to 1,500 W

Slot for SD card
Only the Rexroth SD card XA-SD02 (part no.
R911175017) is approved as memory medium for
the XG10 slot of XM42.
Plugging in and removing the SD card at runtime is
generally possible. However, it can cause a temporari-
ly increased runtime behavior and motion cycle time
exceedances or PLC and hardware watchdogs in case
of a high control load. Thus, plug in or remove the SD
card only in an uncritical machine state (e.g. home po-
sition)!
