Pull the special washer (31) over the spindle (23).
•
Place the compensating ring (62) in the pit of the main valve body (16) provided for that purpose.
•
into the groove of the release sleeve (38). (Don't forget to clean the groove.) Fill the grease chamber (48)
with lubricant.

Before you mount them: pull the grid plate (38) over the valve sleeve (40).

Use eye bolts to insert the valve sleeve (40) and grid plate to the final control element (16).

Use the special washer (33) and adjusting nut (41) t fix the valve sleeve to the spindle (23). Tighten well.
Tighten the M4 clamping bolts to fix the adjusting nut (41).

Put the device right side up again. Clean, grease and replace the lower axial bearing.
Note
Be sure to mount the shaft washer (49) and housing washer (51) the right way.
•
Place the plate (52) and fix to housing (16).
•
Now, mount the upper axial bearing. Be sure to mount the shaft washer (49) and housing washer (51)
the right way.
•
Tighten the adjusting nut (4) LIGHTLY and fix with a cylinder screw.
•
Set the electric drive to end bearing position "UP", place cover (5) and mount onto the drive shaft (3).
•
(Don't forget to grease the shaft.)
With this procedure, it will not be necessary to adjust the limit switches of the electric drive.
