I/O Faulted
The following figures show how to remedy the I/O Faulted status on the
EtherNet/IP interface.
An exclamation mark in a small yellow triangle indicates a fault on the
EtherNet/IP interface in the Controller Organizer panel.

With an EtherNet/IP connection, do the following:
1. Go offline.
2. Click the change button.
