    English Wire Rack This rack supports food during broiling, roasting and baking. Drip/Baking Pan Use this as a baking tray, broiling pan, or as a cookie sheet. It can also be used to catch drips from food baking or roasting on the wire rack. Handgrip Use this to remove food cooked on the rotisserie spit.
