    3. Ceiling Fan Assembly Mount Blade Flanges to Fan Blades and securely tighten the Four #10 - 32 x 1/4” Washer Head Blade Screws #10 - 32 x 1/4" WASHER HEAD (supplied with fan) (Figure 1). SCREWS (4 per blade) Repeat this procedure for the other Four Blades and Flanges.

HAIRPIN CLIP CLEVIS The Clevis Pin must go through the Holes in the Motor Coupler and Downrod. It is critical that the Clevis Pin in the CLEVIS PIN Motor Coupler is properly installed and securely tightened.

    4. How to Hang Your Ceiling Fan WARNING CEILING The fan must be hung with at least 7' of clearance from floor to blades (Figure 21). WARNING The outlet box and joist must be securely mounted and AT LEAST capable of supporting at least 50 lbs. Use only a U.L. outlet box listed as “Acceptable for Fan Support of 22.7 kg.

    6. Final Assembly Lift the Ceiling Cover up to the Threaded Studs and turn until Studs protrude through the holes in the Ceiling Cover (Figure 29). Secure the Ceiling Cover in place by sliding Lockwashers over the Threaded Studs and installing the two Knurled Knobs (supplied).
