Note
Service life of the fan
The average service life of the fan is 40,000 hours. In practice, however, the service life may
deviate from this value. Especially a dusty environment can block up the fan.
• The fan must be replaced in good time to ensure that the module is ready for operation.
The fan of the Motor Module can be ordered as spare part.
Required tools:
● Torx screwdriver T20
● Slot-head screwdriver 0.8 x 5.5
Replacing the fan for 50 mm modules
Dismantling the existing fan
Remove the shield connection clamp.
Screwdriver: Slot-head 0.8 x 5.5

Release the catch of the motor con-
nector and pull the connector out of the
Motor Module (possibly applies to 2
motor connectors).
Remove the shield connection plate
from the Motor Module.
Screwdriver: Torx 20
