Checks to perform:
Has the washing cycle been carried out
with a too heavy cloth load?
Check if the drum rotates freely without
being blocked
(see fig. 37).
Is the drum turning with difficulty?
Measure across all terminals of the wiring
connector J2-5, J2-6, J2-7 and the
structure of the appliance. Is there any
current leakage? – (see fig. 36) –
Detach the connector from the motor and
measure between the terminals and the
motor shield. – (see fig. 10) –
Is there any current leakage?
Replace the motor and restart the
diagnostic cycle to check for further
alarms.
