CH5 Set Value Check Code (Un\G900, Un\G1764)

Whether digital values outside the settable range are set by using CH5 Digital input value
(Un\G802) can be checked.
For information on the buffer memory for CH6, refer to Section 6.1 (2) and Section 6.1 (3).
