Support, you first should collect the following information:

Software version.
Network topology map, including the addresses
assigned to all relevant devices.

Get started with your AP by following the directions in the relevant Quickstart or section of
the MSM3xx / MSM4xx APs Installation and Getting Started Guide. Then:
If operating in autonomous mode, continue with the next chapter in this guide.
If operating in controlled mode, see Working with controlled APs in the MSM7xx
