Installation
Installing USB memory devices
You can record video data in USB memory devices.
To use this function, contact your Sony service representative.
Switching the power supply system
This unit can receive power by 24 V AC or PoE.
To use this function, contact your Sony service representative.
The factory default for the power supply system is 24 V AC.
Orientation
Install this product with the orientation specified in Service Manual.
The attachment brackets is for horizontal installation only.
When vertical installation is required, consult the store of purchase or an
authorised Sony dealer.
Connection
Connecting to the Network
Connect the LAN port of the unit to a router or hub in the network using the
network cable (straight, not supplied).
To connect to a computer
Connect the LAN port of the unit to the network connector of a computer using
the network cable (cross, not supplied).
Connecting the Power Source
Connect the 24 V AC power supply unit to the power input terminal of the
device.
Use power supply unit that is isolated from 100V AC power supply unit, when
you use 24 V AC power supply unit.
