Operation Check
(a)
Start the maintenance software.
(b)
Carry out wavelength check of DAD and make sure a
sharp peak (emission line) appears near 253.7 nm in
the display of the Hg lamp spectrum acquired with the
slit set in Coarse mode.
(c)
On CDS, reset the cumulative lamp-on time and the
lamp-on count.
NOTE:
Upon resetting the cumulative lamp-on time and the
lamp-on count, their indications are reset to
0 hour and 1 count, respectively.
For operation of CDS, refer to the maintenance edition of
the instruction manual for CDS.
