Cause
The robot vacuum cannot
orientate itself in a saved
map.
The room may have chan-
ged too much.
There is an unspecified fault
with the robot vacuum.
A software update is in pro-
gress.
The robot vacuum has got
stuck, has lifted up, or is
not correctly placed on the
floor. The driving wheels
cannot move the robot va-
cuum.
The dust container is mis-
sing or not placed in the ro-
bot vacuum correctly.
The dust container is full or
the filter unit is very dirty.

Solution
Try restarting the appliance somewhere
else in the room – but do not move the
charging station. If the vacuum cleaner's
surroundings have changed considerably,
create a new map as described in "MAP
cleaning programme".
Switch the appliance off and on again
using the on/off switch.
If the fault persists after switching the
robot vacuum off and on again several
times, switch it off and contact the after-
sales service.
Please do not switch off the robot vacu-
um. Wait for software installation to fi-
nish.
Please switch off the robot vacuum and
check that it is standing properly on the
floor and can move freely.
Please place the dust container in the ro-
bot vacuum or check that the dust con-
tainer has been inserted correctly in the
appliance and locked.
Please clean the dust container as descri-
bed in "Emptying the dust container".
Check how dirty the filter unit and fluff
filter are. If necessary, clean the filter unit
and fluff filter as described in "Cleaning
the cartridge filter" or "Cleaning the fluff
filter".
