7.5 Assembling the product
7.5.1
Assembly procedure
First mount all section/curve modules of a system on the corresponding base
frames.
Short base frames 3 842 559 451 for curve modules must already be mounted on
a base frame 3 842 559 450 before (see fi g. 32 on page 56).
For detailed description of assembly, see chapter 7.5.4 to 7.5.13.
In the following, these assembled components are referred to as
system sections.
Assemble the system sections at the fi nal use position.
Align the base frames vertically, horizontally and at the same height using
a machine water level (min. sensitivity 0.02 mm/m).
Then assemble the overall system with these system sections.
Overall systems with a length ≥ 10 m
Start assembly with a medium system section with section module .
For detailed description of assembly, see chapter 7.5.4 to 7.5.13.
In the following, these are referred to as reference system sections.

Assembly sequence for overall system length ≥ 10 m
Then assemble additional system sections with section/curve modules
symmetrically on the left and right.
Align all other assembled system sections vertically, horizontally and vertically in
accordance with the reference system section.
