Select the setting method for the IP address.
When you select "Use the following IP address", set the IP
address, subnet mask and default gateway manually.

Subnet mask: 128. 000. 000. 000 to 255. 255. 255. 255
Default gateway: 001. 000. 000. 000 to 255. 255. 255.255
Set protocol and port number.
