Service schedule
The following is a list of maintenance procedures
that must be performed on the ride-on mower. Most
points not described in this workshop manual can
be found in the operator's manual.
Maintenance
Check for any fuel or oil leaks
Check the parking brake
Check the engine oil level
Check the fuel pump air filter
Check the seat safety switch
Check the lifting lever safety
switch
Check the pedal system safety
switch
Check/clean the engine
cooling air intake
Check the cutting deck:
• Attaching the blades
• Blade condition (sharpness,
shape, etc.)
Check the steering cables (any
looseness, etc.)
Check the fastening devices
(screws, nuts, etc.)
Start the engine and blades,
listen for any noise
Clean under the cutting deck
Clean the cooling air intake for
the transmission
Check the battery acid level
Check the engine oil level
Check condition, V-belt pulleys,
etc.
Check for any damage
Check the air pressure in the
tires (60 kPa/9 PSI)
Clean thoroughly around the
engine.
