Parameter Access Error Detection Function

This function allows parameter access errors to be detected.
• Slave module hardware error (error code: 0D2CH, 0D2DH)
• Parameter access target module ID error (error code: 0D2EH)
• Parameter value error (error code: 0D2FH)
• Parameter access error (error code: 0D30H)
• Slave module status error (error code: 0D31H)
• Type mismatch error (error code: 0D80H)
• Replacement error due to use of slave module of earlier device version (error code: 0D81H)
• Same ID used error (error code: 0D90H)
• No ID setting error (error code: 0D91H)
• New ID error (error code: 0D92H)
How to check the parameter access error status
The following table lists parameter access error statuses.
