CAUTION: Hot Surfaces: avoid contact by persons or materials. The BeamSpot has some hot surfaces. Be
careful to avoid burns.

SAFETY - The BeamSpot has a built in transformer which converts the local voltage into the 12V required
by the lamp. Always isolate the luminaire electrically from mains power before re-lamping.

CAUTION: Risk of fire.
220-240V: maximum 50W lamp for copper wound transformer model and maximum 75W lamp for
electronic transformer models.
120V: maximum 50W lamp for all transformer models – copper wound and electronic.
Suitable for dry locations only. These luminaires are not suitable for outdoor use.

Key operating points and features A: Pan locking nut. This is used to set the tension required to pan the spot. The spot can be locked into position by tightening this nut. B: Spot mounting shaft - used to attach the spot to a track adaptor, ceiling rose, or other mounting option. - Page 4 N.B. Luminaire wires – your Aureol luminaire is fitted with special heat resistant flexible wire, replace with genuine Aureol spare part wire kit only – refer to your Philips Selecon distributor. Replacement wire kits are supplied complete with necessary terminal connectors.
