    General Depending on your model, the grill section consists of a large cast iron burner or burners, information a series of stainless steel heat baffles, a bed of natural lava rocks or ceramic briquettes, or Gourmet Radiant™ Trays and a porcelain enameled heat retaining grill rack(s).
