    3. Adjusting Your Display This chapter contains information about how to changing display settings for your LCD Monitor. It is designed with an OSD menu to help you easily adjust to its optimum performance. Note: You must perform auto setup before making any adjustment.     4. Disassembly Instructions To disassembly the monitor, follow the steps as below: 1) Face Down the Monitor. Note: Face the monitor down on a smooth plane with a soft material on that plane to protect the panel faceplate. 2) Hinge Cover and base Removal As below, remove the hinge cover and the 4 screw “B”...
  • Page 9 3) Back Cover Removal: As below, after removing the base, there will be 7 screws (indicated by “D”), and remove them. Then you can remove the back covere “E” of the monitor. 4) Metallic Cover Removal: Remove 12 screws indicated as “F” from the back metallic cover. Then remove the back metallic cover “G”.
  • Page 10 5) PCB Assembly Removal: Caution: When serving or replacing the panel, disconnect the DC power jack completely. (a) Unplug all connected wires from the PCB. (b) Remove 4 screws indicated as “H” from the audio board, and then remove the board carefully.
  • Page 11 6) Speaker Removal: As below, remove the 6 screw “A” then remove the back cover “D”. Remove the 4 screen “B” to remove the trumpet and 2 screen “C” to remove the speaker audio in connector.
