Lock function
In order to prevent the SRP-F700 from mis-operation, the lock function is provided to
invalid the switch operation on the panel.
The following two locks can be set.
e LOCK WITH CODE No. function:4-digit code No. is registered for the lock setting. The
lock is unlocked only when the code No. is entered correctly.
e SIMPLE LOCK function:The unit is locked/unlocked without setting the code No.
e When the LOCK WITH CODE No. function is used, only those who know the code No.
can unlock the lock to prevent settings from being changed accidentally.
e As for the SIMPLE LOCK function, the lock can be unlocked by anyone who knows the
unlock procedure.
In the lock state, operations other than those described below can not be
performed.
e Power supply OFF
e MUTE switch (eight) ON/OFF
e LCD adjustment function in the system menu
e Unlock (lock) function in the system menu
¢ Operations by the external device
Lock menu
1 Display the system menu (F10) from the main menu.
2 Press the LOCK (F9) key to display the LOCK menu.
