About the Data Backup Capacitor A large capacitor is installed on the CA-85 board in order to retain the data such as the resume data, snapshots, and effects in the MVS-6520/6530/3000 machine. Leave the main power of the MVS-6520/6530/3000 turned on for two hours or longer in order to charge this capacitor.
