Configuring the Device
When the device is ready for operation, configure the system settings using the procedures in
"System Setup" on page
If the same settings are to be applied to multiple devices, save the settings to an SD card and use
the card when you configure the system settings of other MAC 600 systems. For more information,
see
"Save Setup" on page 121
NOTE:
The system settings can be stored onto an SD card even when the external storage option is
not enabled on the device.
Checking the Functions of the Device
After the system has been set up and configured, check the following before using it with patients:
Make sure you can acquire and print a resting ECG. See

instructions on how to acquire resting ECGs.
Make sure you can store and transmit records. See
l
Your device is now ready for use.
