HART® Offline
7.1
Introduction
The HART® Offline feature sits alongside the existing
HART® application to provide extended offline capabilities.
Typical operations include the following:
Connect to a HART enabled device to view its
configuration and save to file.
Amend configuration files
Work offline to create configuration files
Upload configuration files to HART devices)
Import and Export configuration files to and from PC for
viewing offline
Full configuration is supported for all commands
(universal/common & device specific). All devices available
in HART library are supported

Refer to Sections 6 for details of configuring the HART®
function settings.
