Operating your Fan Always choose a safe location for the fan, keeping in mind the safety precautions outlined. Ensure all packaging has been removed from the unit before use. This appliance requires no installation, it should be used solely as a portable appliance. WARNING: Keep all objects at least 300mm from the front, sides and rear of the appliance. - Page 6 Operating your Fan The vents can be adjusted up or down to direct the airflow as desired. USING THE ICE PACKS Lift up the water tank. Loosen the screw on the filter cover. Pull off the water filter cover and remove the water filter. Place the ice packs in the freezer and make sure that they are frozen thoroughly.
- Page 7 Cleaning The fan requires regular cleaning to ensure trouble free operation. • Do not use chemical cleaning agents. • Disconnect the power supply before cleaning the air cooler to avoid electric shock. • Remove the water tank from the air cooler by lifting it from the main unit. Unscrew the tank cap and rinse inside the tank with clean water.
