Before starting Before using this product, read all of the technical manuals carefully, and correctly use the unit following the manual. Also read the instruction manual of the sewing machine to be installed. Application and purpose This product is designed as a communication device of the Mitsubishi industrial sewing machine.

    [2] Precautions for use 1. Do not inspect the control circuit with a tester. The tester voltage could be applied on the semiconductor parts, and cause damage. 2. Always align the connector shape and direction, and securely insert the connector. 3.

    It acquires the information such as sewing time from the sewing machine and performs Ethernet communication with the master station as slave station. Required network device Equipment of the master station: Mitsubishi Electric PLC (MELSEC iQ-F、iQ-R series) Equipment for display: PC, Mitsubishi Electric Visualization etc. Other equipment: HUB etc.

    [9] How to use It is a communication device enabling network communication for XC-G and PLK-G series. By connecting using PLK-J-LAN, you can collect data of the sewing machine and so on. XC-G (Initial setting) 1. Connect the wiring before turning on the power. ・Connect the RS232C cable of PLK-J-LAN to the MINI-DIN connector on the front of the XC-G.
