OPERATING PROCEDURE
7. Removing the panel
(1) Disconnect the connector.
(2) Remove 2 of 4 screws of the panel, and loosen the other
2 screws.
(3) Slide the panel slightly to remove it.
8. Removing the drain pan
(1) Remove the panel.
(2) Remove the fan guard.
(3) Remove the bell mouth.
(4) Remove the electrical box.
(5) Remove the 3 screws each of the corner supports A,B
and C.(Inner screws:M4)
(6) Remove the corner supports A,B, and C.
(7) Pull out the drain pan gradually with care not to crack it.
9. Removing the heat exchanger
(1) Remove the panel.
(2) Remove the fan guard.
(3) Remove the bell mouth.
(4) Remove the turbo fan.
(5) Remove the electrical box.
(6) Remove the drain pan.
(7) Remove the heater and the heater support.
(8) Remove the coil support A and B.
(9) Remove the coil set screw.
(10) Remove the 4 screws of the pipe cover on the outer wall.
(11) Remove the 2 pipe covers.
(12) Remove the pipe band screw.
(13) Remove the 4 screws of coil on the outer wall.
