TO ANSWER A MESSAGE

The Message reminder key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key. For details, please contact the system
administrator.
To Display
1.
The Message Reminder key's LED is lit. The
station is an idle state.
2.
Press the Message Reminder key.
3.
Press the Message Reminder key again to display
additional messages in order received.
To Respond
1.
While displaying the desired message, press the
Speaker key.
2.
Press the Message Reminder key. The station
which left message is automatically redialed.
3.
The message is erased.
To Erase
1.
To erase a message without returning the call,
press the Message Reminder key to display the
desired message.
2.
Dial # key while the message displays. The
message is erased.
■If the station that left message is busy, callback or the
Message Reminder may be set. If the station that left
message does not answer, the Message Reminder may
be set, notifying originating party that a message return
was attempted.
■The key to redial (#,*) can be changed by the system
setting. For details, contact the system administrator.
VOICE MAIL SYSTEM
The One-Touch Speed Calling key must be programmed by
the Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
To Set
1.
Press the Feature key.
2.
Press a One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
Dial the desired "Voice Mail System" access code.
4.
Press the Feature key again.
To Originate
1.
Press
the
One-Touch
registered "Voice Mail System" access code.
2.
Hear a ringback tone.
To Set
1.
Press the Feature key.
2.
Press the Enter key.
3.
Dial the desired "Voice Mail System" access code.
4.
Press the Feature key again.
To Originate
1.
Press the Enter key. The Shortcut menu screen is
displayed on the LCD.
2.
Select
2 Voice Mail and then press the Enter
key, Right key or the OK soft key to access a
preset Voice Mail System.
3.
Hear a ringback tone.
