Installer Menu

Four different video channels can be configured. Each video channel corresponds to one of
the four imagers in the camera.
Sensor mode
Different sensor mode options are available depending on the device's specifications.
The various options are described in further detail below.
Four Sensor mode options are available to configure based on the local mains power
frequency and scene requirements:
Some types of light can show flickering in the image when the frame rate is not synchronized
with the mains power frequency.
Make sure the selected sensor mode frame rate is in line with the mains power frequency:
Select the preferred mode based on the scene requirements:
The HDR sensor modes provide much improved dynamic range over the sensor modes without
HDR, and provide maximum detail in all scenes, even in challenging scenes with dark and
bright areas in the same shot.
The sensor modes without HDR do not support HDR and therefore have a limited dynamic
range. These modes can be used if very fast moving objects are captured in the scene for
which the HDR sensor modes would result in missing objects or too few frames of the object
of interest.
Note: As exposure time is not directly related to the device's frame rate, there is no need to
select a high frame rate to ensure images without motion blur. The HDR sensor modes are just
as capable as the sensor modes without HDR.
Image rotation
This device has four image rotation options:
Select the option that best suits the device mounting position.
If the camera is mounted in its normal position, select 0º.
The end result is shown in the Live preview
Mirror image
Select On to output a mirror image of the device picture.
The end result is shown in the Live preview.
Lens Wizard
The camera view is configured with the Lens Wizard.
You can use the wizard to configure the field of view and focus of the lens.
