Use as a chip pan

To keep prepared food such as chips, fried potatoes and croquettes warm.

Getting ready for use
. Insert one container GN1/1 or two contain­
ers size GN 1/2 into the tank.
. Place the food to be kept warm into the con­
tainer.
Radiant heater (add-on equipment)
. Swivel the radiant heater over the food to be
kept warm.
. Switch on the radiant heater by using the
rotary switch and set to the desired heating
capacity.
D The indicator lamp or the illuminated ring will
light up.
D Switch off the radiant heater when not in
use.
Risk of burns.Caution - hot surfaces! If
no food (e.g. on plates) is warmed up, the
switched on radiant heater may not be directed
across adjacent surfaces! Swivel the radiant
heater over the tank or switch it off!
Caution. Do not switch the radiant heater on if
the glass window is damaged. Immediately
switch the appliance off and notify customer
service if there is any glass damage during op­
eration.
Switching on
. Switch on the appliance by turning the rotary
switch to the right and to the highest level in
the temperature range "dry operation".
D The indicator lamp or the illuminated ring will
light up.
. After it has heated up, turn the switch back
to the desired heat output.
