. Close the gas tap at the gas range.

. Close the customer-provided gas tap (service valve).

Notes

D Do not clean the control panel and rotary switches with corrosive cleaning agents!

D Do not clean or spray the device with water hoses, high-pressure cleaners, high-pressure

steam cleaners or steam cleaners!

D Observe the operating instructions of the cleaning agent manufacturers!

D Do not use any scrubbing cleaning agents!

D Stainless steel must not be subjected to prolonged contact with concentrated acids, vinegar

essence, saline solution, mustard, seasoning mixtures as, otherwise, the protective layer will

be damaged. Rinse stainless steel surfaces with clear water after usage.

Cleaning and care agents

Suitable cleaning and care agents can be obtained from your customer service.

Such agents include, e.g.:

- Fat-dissolving cleaning agents or special stainless steel cleaning agents,

- Grill cleaning agents for stainless steel,

- Preservative stainless steel care agents.

. Remove the sliding grill and the burner

cover and clean them in the sink by means

of a fat-dissolving cleaning agent.

D With tenacious contamination, soak the

components in the dishwater.

. Clean the housing with fat-dissolving clean­

ing agents or special stainless steel care

agents.

. Remove any baked-in food scraps from the

stainless steel surfaces by means of a grill

cleaning agent.

. Thoroughly rinse all parts cleaned with grill

cleaning agents or other aggressive cleaning

agents with water.

. Rub the cleaned parts and surfaces dry with

a soft cloth.
