Maintenance and cleaning
Attention! Dangerous electrical voltage.
Possible consequences: Death or severe injury.
Protective measures:
Prior to reaching into the water, switch off the mains voltage to all units used in the water.

Switch off the mains voltage prior to carrying out work on the unit.
►
The drive unit of the Jumping Jet Rainbow Flash II is maintenance free. From time to time the flow adjuster
and the filter basket of the pump should be cleaned. The cleaning interval is dependent upon the
cleanliness of the water.
Use a sponge or a soft brush for cleaning the unit. Never use a high pressure jet for cleaning the unit.
Important instruction!
Maintenance work must only be carried out by qualified technical personnel.
To clean the flow adjuster proceed as follows:
The unit has to be switched off and
►
disconnected from the power supply
completely. It has to be ensured that
the unit cannot be switched on
accidentally.
Loosen the screws (pos. 1) and
►
remove the cover (pos. 2).
In the next step the nuts (pos. 3) have
►
to be loosened and the pot (pos. 4) of
the unit has to be lifted above the
threaded bolts in axial direction.
When indicated (in case of dry
installation) the back flow hose has to
be removed before.
The flow adjuster (pos. 5) has to be
►
removed and rinsed thoroughly.
The reassemble has to be done in
►
reverse sequence. It has to be taken
into account that the flow adjuster
has to be installed with the plastic
core in handhold direction for easy
maintenance.
