태엽스프링의 조절
스핀들의 귀환하는 힘은 태엽 스프링의 세기를 바꿈으로 조절할 수 있
습니다. 태엽 스프 링 케이스를 ①잡아 당겨서 ②돌려 주십시오. 화살
표 방향으로 이동시키면 태엽 스프링이 조여져 스핀들의 귀환이 원활해
집니다.

벨트변환
- 상부 V-벨트 커버를 열면 그림과 같이 모터 V-풀리와 스핀들 V-풀리를
전동시키게 되어 있습니다.
- 모타 고정 레버를 풀고 벨트 인장 레버를 뒤로 밀면 모타 V-풀리부가
앞으로 당겨지므로 쉽게 V-벨트를 V-벨트홈에 끼워 넣을 수 있습니다.
- 필요한 홈의 위치에 V-벨트를 끼워 넣은후 벨트 인장 레버를 앞으로
당긴 상태에서 모터 고정 레버를 조여주십시오. (단 회전속도 선정란을
참조하여 주십시오. Page.14)
- 필요한 회전속도의 위치에서 벨트는 적당한 힘으로 조절 될 수 있도록
하여 주십시오.(인장력이 너무 강하면 스핀들과 모터에 무리가 따르게
되고 너무 약하면 회전중 벨트가 미끄러지게 되니 주의하여 주십시오.)

The returning force of spindle is adjustable by changing the intensity
of mechanical spring. ① Pull and ② turn mechanical spring case.
Turn the switch to the arrow marked direction. Then, the mechani-
cal spring is tightened up, which makes the returning of the spindle
easier.

- If the upper V-belt cover is opend, the figure below shows that the
motor V-pulley and spindle V-pulley are to be revolved.
- If motor fixing lever is released and belt tension lever is pushed
back, the motor V-pulley part is pulled forward. Therefore, V-belt
can be easily plugged in V-belt groove.
- After fixing V-belt into the groove, tighten motor lock lever with the
belt tension lever pulled forward. (However, refer to rpm table.
Page.14)
- Make the belt properly adjustable at decent shaft speed (If the
tension is too tight, spindle and motor can be damaged. If it is
too loose, on the other hand, belt can slip away while the machine
is running).
