3.2
Setting with the Engineering Tool
This section describes how to register and set up GA932 to type 1 light
controller (PUM12). Make sure to use nv-Tool V4.13.1 or later.
For the operation method of the engineering tool, refer to "Unified
Controller nv series/Integrated Controller V series Engineering Tool 4
Operation Manual –Basic-" (6F8C1290).
The overview of setting and registration is as follows.
In the following sections, the system configuration below will be used for
illustration. To perform registration and setting of GA932, a system with a
target system, station, and module (controller) registered is assumed.

Register GA932 to I/O Node.

Associate a G3 I/O adapter and I/O Node number and set I/O loot
scan speed.

Register a G3 I/O expansion unit and I/O module.
