This document provides instructions for installing/replacing printed wiring

assemblies (PWAs) in the UDC2300.

WARNING

Disconnect power before removing chassis from case.

Installing and replacing printed wiring assemblies should be performed by

qualified personnel only.

This equipment contains devices that can be damaged by electrostatic

discharge (ESD). Use appropriate precautions to avoid damaging the

controller.

After replacing an input/output PWA, calibrate the input/output as

described in the instruction manual before returning the controller to

service.

Check the operation of a repaired controller before bringing it back online.
